How do I get started?

It's so simple to book and move in online through our website. Once your payment is received and ID verified, we’ll send your gate PIN and a map to your space. After that, you’re ready to move in, just remember to bring your own padlock.

What can’t I put into storage?

We don’t allow flammable, dangerous, perishable, stolen, illegal or environmentally hazardous goods to be stored at our facility

We recommend insuring your goods while in storage. Most insurers can extend cover at no extra cost when you let them know you’re storing with us.

How secure is my space?

Your space is locked with your own padlock, and only you hold the keys. The entire facility is protected by security fencing, PIN-controlled electric gate access, continuous camera surveillance and laser beam perimeter security.

Is there a minimum storage period?

Minimum storage term is 4 weeks. After the initial rental period you simply need to provide 14 days’ notice before moving out.

Payments are debited monthly in advance from your credit card or bank account. A one-month deposit bond is required and refunded when you move out, provided your space is empty and clean.
